As far as stats go, Occultists need to train the following:
Intelligence to at least 18
Constitution to at least 18
Strength to as close to 18 as possible.
Ideally you want these three stats at 25 with potions.

Occultists may train the following stats before being TAXED: Str: 1, Con: 1, Dex: 5, Int: 8

Races Allowed: Halfling, Gnome, Human, Orc, Drow, Duergar

Deities Allowed: Grummsh, Ilneval, Lolth, Nameless One, Yoghlu, Yurtrus

NOTE: Your highest occult.spells.subskill determines your title. There are NO titles for occult.methods.healing


NOTE: Cursing & Summoning is considered the traditional skills for a PK overmax. Enchanting & Summoning is viable for Hellborn & Charming/Summoning for a better Soul Trap build

Now it's time to do your "temple max" to overmax occult.methods.brewing
In order to do so, find the Dracolich in the Hylar Graveyard Mausoleum near the Shrine to Armagor and "enter mouth".

occult.methods.brewing to 675 (At the Dracolich, it will cost you about 375 million xp.)

By the time you finish your temple max,
you will have exceptional acid attack on your "Unholy Enchant".
